After three long days in the hospital being induced, several rounds of pitocin and other drugs that I can't even remember, and no changes, we realized that Annika was not coming on her own. So she arrived by cesarean on Friday night at 10:56pm! Everything went great - she is healthy and doing very well acclimating to the outside world! She weighed in at 9 pounds 2 ounces and 20 inches long. After being in the hospital for a total of 6 days, we are so excited to be home and enjoying Annika! Here are a few pictures of her first few days of life - and there are many more to come!
