Lee's birthday weekend!

What a busy weekend! Lee turned 31 on Saturday and we spent the day lounging around the house, but went out for dinner with a group of great friends at night to Ballengers. We love that place, and it has been far too long since the last time we went.

On Sunday, Lee & I headed to the Tabernacle (such a cool venue) to see Ben Folds and a Piano. What an incredible concert! This man can play a piano like no one else, and did such a great job involving the audience. We are so thankful for good friends (and next-door neighbors) that graciously offered to watch Annika so that we didn't have to pay for a babysitter two nights in a row. We are especially grateful because Annika didn't have a nap on Sunday afternoon, and the time changed, so she was kind of a loose cannon waiting to go off. But, she did well...we enjoyed the show...and are very thankful that neither one of us has to work today! Lee is on intercession, and I am on my scheduled flex day. So, now off the the gym, the allergist, the bank, the post office and the grocery store!
